(5 small bonsai)

These need some color. However, I don’t really see myself doing all of that. This piece is probably abandoned. Probably. I could get some opaques like some acrylic or gauche and fill in the greenery, maybe a little more in some other areas. I could but also I’m fairly sure I’m out of this one. Frames are also very rare in my work. I almost never bother. I just don’t see the point for most of them. Whatever.

I do like the setup for this piece, and independent of content, I like the frame. I’m not even sure how long ago I drew these, a few weeks to months, but exactly when escapes me. I got them into the frame about a week ago, maybe less. Again, details. Nothing that requires immediate attention or even really concerns me on the slightest. I’m happy enough to call this a permanent work in progress. But I’m not going to worry about any of it anymore. Especially this one.

I don’t know where any of this is going. I’ve been spending much more time reading than making the past month or so. I don’t know what that means in the grand scheme of things.
